The MCA is the UK's maritime safety regulator and the leading emergency responder for incidents at sea and on the coast. Sir Alan will set out the Agency's key responsibilities and explain how these are being modernised to make ships, people and the marine environment - as well as dogs(!) - safer as the world evolves around us.
